Trade to Trade Network (“T2T”, “we”) runs this website and a private, invitation-only app for member contractors in the Twin Cities. This page explains what we collect through the website, mainly the “Request an invitation” form, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request an invitation, we receive what you type into the form:

  • your company name and trade
  • your name, phone number and email address
  • who referred you, if you tell us

We also keep a one-way scrambled (“hashed”) version of your internet address for a short time, only to stop automated spam. We can't turn it back into your address. The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • to review your request, including talking with the member who referred you
  • to contact you about membership
  • if you become a member, to set up your account

We don't sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who can see it

Your request is seen by the T2T administrator. We may tell the member you named that you asked to join. We use a few service providers to run the website and send email (website hosting, a database host, and an email delivery service). They handle the information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

If you become a member, your details become part of your member record. If your request isn't approved, we keep it for up to 24 months so we don't ask you the same questions twice, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing hello@t2tnetwork.com.

Members

Member contractors also agree to the T2T member agreement, which explains how referral, customer and account information is handled inside the app.
